If you're unable to approve ClickCease access request on your Google Ads account, it could be that you are not the account owner. Only the account owner can approve access requests.
Even if you control this account through an MCC account you will not be able to approve the request.
To approve ClickCease's access request, log in directly to the account as the owner, or asking your client to approve the access.
