Google Ads limits any of their users with an IP Exclusion list of up to 500 IP addresses.
Once the automatic IP blocking system detects that the Google Ads 500 IP cap has been reached, it will begin to remove old, potentially no longer harmful IPs that were previously blocked from the block list and replace them with new, current and threatening new IPs.
This way we keep your exclusion lists alive and up to date against current threats at all times.
It is important to understand that a specific IP that was used for fraudulent activity 2 months ago will not necessarily be used for the same activity nowadays.
If a newly released IP clicks your ads again it would be blocked again immediately.
