If you see the above status on your dashboard, this could mean that you've either missed a step with the WordPress plugin installation, or that no traffic was performed on the protected domain yet.

If you just activated the plugin, please note that the refresh rate for the data in the dashboard takes ~5 minutes, so it may take a few moments for you to see the data reflected in your dashboard. Detection and block rate occurs in real-time, of course.

• Make sure that you've pressed on Activate, once filling in your authentication keys.

Trigger Your Website Traffic:

Bot Zapping protects your onsite conversion funnels, hence monitors all of your website traffic sources, whether it is coming from your paid ads, direct or organic search.

To trigger your website traffic, access your domain as if you were a genuine user, meaning to not use your website admin tool.

Once done, refresh your Bot Zapping dashboard and see if you have new data (you should see a new Valid Visit).
